This doesn't seem to cause a problem for me. I'm on svn 3622, which is
a bit ahead of the latest nightly.
Do you have anything in the log/event viewer?

Do you have anything in the log/event viewer?Stupid question:
all I know of is http://slimserver:9000/log.txt
which doesn't do any good if the server crashes...
is there an actual log file I can look at?

if you are on windows....look in control panel, administrator tools,
event viewer.
the application logs should show any crash messages.
failing that, run from command line:
cd "program files\slimserver\server\"
slim.exe --logfile c:\mylog.txt

using 6.1b1 (and *cough* mysql):
The description ( blah blah )... Can't call method "count" on unblessed reference at /PerlApp/Slim/Control/Command.pm line 483, <GEN18> line 1.

I believe this one is now fixed as of July 3.
The latest nightly should remove the crash for you.
