Easy FLAC ripping for OS X?

I'm primarily using Winamp 5.x with the FLAC encoder plugin for ripping to FLAC, but I would love to find something relatively similar conceptually and off-the-shelf for Mac OS X (then I can sit next to the CDs downstairs and rip 'em on the iBook). I've tried xACT but it's a bit slow and doesn't handle metadata as well. Anyone any ideas?
