AlienBBC and Mac installation instructions revised .

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for sending me your version of cook.bundle. I have now had
success playing the Radio 2 stream via the terminal but still get some
error messages about codecs.....nevertheless it plays!!

Yes, I get the same error messages. They don't matter, essentially
they are just mplayer looking for things that it can't find before
settling on a codec that it can find and can use.

I'll check further, but it looks as though the newer version of the
codec doesn't work, which will make things a hassle. Perhaps others
can do some checking too.

There is a version of the codecs for Mac OS X on
http://www1.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/design7/codecs.html
but it provides a package that has to be installed. I don't feel like
doing this myself, as it might damage a system that is currently
working.
